One of the questions that I get asked very often by my clients and followers is, “What are your favourite healthy snacks these days?"
I thought it was time to finally share 20 of my go to's that are incredibly easy, delicious and nutritious!
I have 2-3 snacks a day and I take them very seriously....lol! Some may say I'm a professional snacker ;) I always make sure to fuel my body with healthy foods that make me not only feel good, but that nourish my body with nutrients that will benefit me, while being free of processed ingredients that aren’t necessary!
